Job Description
The Medical Director of Population Health will guide the direction, coordination, and implementation of the Population Health Program for the Sturdy Health Medical Group, developing initiatives to enhance patient care and operational excellence.
Requirements
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
- Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
- Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills
