Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on plans, specifications and estimates development
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery of complex civil engineering projects
- Strong proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions into projects
