Job Description
STV is seeking a Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team to work with one of our Aviation clients in Los Angeles, CA. The Construction Manager - Aviation will be responsible for managing project scope, developing RFPs, overseeing procurement, and ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget.
Requirements
- 10 years or more experience in construction management, preferably on airport projects
- Experience with projects over $50 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
