STV is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to run and grow a small but capable engineering team within their Digital Advisory Products division. The ideal candidate brings deep software engineering expertise, a proven ability to lead and mentor engineers, and a track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software in a fast-moving, consultative environment.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee delivery across multiple concurrent software projects
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers
• Establish and lead code review practices
• Establish and continuously improve development operations
• Contribute to the evolution of STV’s Digital Advisory Products
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering efficiency and product quality
