Staff Software Engineer

Requirements

• 10+ years in software development within product-led companies, ideally in fintech or B2B SaaS at scale
• Strong in TypeScript for modern frontend development, with solid backend experience in Python and Node.js
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, serverless architectures, and Infrastructure-as-Code (CDK/Terraform)
• Experience with event-driven systems (Kinesis/Kafka) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proven track record in architectural leadership, defining standards, and mentoring teams
• Strong systems thinking, excellent communication, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
