Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience coaching or training lacrosse players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own lacrosse training equipment for lessons
