Zamboni Driver / Maintenance

The Zamboni Driver is responsible for maintaining safe, high-quality ice surfaces for skating, hockey, and figure skating programs by operating ice resurfacing equipment and performing routine arena maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machinery
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate equipment responsibly
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience operating a Zamboni or Olympia resurfacer
• Knowledge of ice refrigeration systems
• Forklift or other machinery operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in cold environments and on wet/slippery surfaces
• Stand, walk, bend, and operate machinery for extended periods
