Subway is seeking a Creative Assistant Manager to support the POP and Owned and Operated digital team across creative development, execution, and day-to-day operations. The role is ideal for a highly organized, innovative, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a creative or marketing role/internship, preferably in QSR or retail.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects.
- A sharp eye for detail, especially in creative review and proofreading.
- Clear communication and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in creative development, digital marketing, and in-store execution.
- Comfort working with timelines, approvals, and production workflows.
- Familiarity with creative tools, asset systems, or project management tools is a plus.
- Language requirements: Fluent in English – any additional language a plus.
