Job Description
Supporting our West Coast businesses and working with PST hours (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST), this role is a fresh, new career opportunity with Subway, a leading restaurant brand that believes in continued improvement and healthier lives.
Requirements
- Franchisee Support: Serve as the first line of support for franchisees, MFPs, DFPs and BD offices, addressing inquiries related to field operations, procedures and policies.
- Card and 3PD Support: Provide comprehensive franchisee payment support for gift card and credit card processing.
- Data Management: Update and maintain internal records, including sales entry weekly, managing BD/SMO staff changes in SUBS.
- Supporting Company Initiatives: Handle outreach for various departments requiring franchisee action, document feedback from franchisees and field teams on company initiatives.
