Sub Surgical Technology Instructor- Nevada Career Institute

Teaches Surgical Technology courses at Nevada Career Institute, overseeing laboratory sessions and ensuring student engagement and safety.

Requirements

• Able to interact effectively and professionally with students, staff, faculty, and external customers
• Demonstrated exceptional customer focused skills and ability to resolve issues with diplomacy and tact
• Exhibits exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and highly organized and detail oriented
• Possesses a high degree of integrity and commitment to comply with policies, regulations, and codes of conduct governing all aspects of job responsibilities
• Demonstrated computer literacy skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Requires a credential in the field of Surgical Technology through a national credentialing organization accredited by The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
• Requires a minimum of three (3) years of operating room experience or teaching in the field, or a combination of the two, within five years prior to hire date
