Job Description
The Department of Economic Development and Planning is seeking a Senior Appraisal Reviewer to join their team. The role involves reviewing appraisal reports, conferencing with appraisers, and analyzing and evaluating appraisals.
Requirements
- Graduation from a college with federally-authorized accreditation or registration by NY State with a Bachelor's Degree, and seven (7) years of experience in real property appraisal
- Completion of sixty (60) credit hours from a college with federally-authorized accreditation or registration by NY State, and nine (9) years of experience in real property appraisal
- Certification by New York State as a General Real Estate Appraiser
- Valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State
