We are looking for an Admin Support Officer to join our Housing Management team. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and technical support to our Tenancy Services teams, helping to ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant administrative or housing role
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in financial administration and interpreting financial data
