We are looking for a qualified and passionate Senior HR Advisor to join our friendly and hardworking central team. The role will involve supporting the nine schools within our trust to develop and thrive, as well as supporting the development of other HR team members.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
- Member of CIPD
- Genuine interest in contemporary HR issues, ER and L and D
- Knowledge and understanding of school teachers pay terms and conditions to include the 'Burgundy book'
- Knowledge and understanding of Support Staff terms and conditions to include the 'Green book'
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organisational and planning skills
- High level of IT literacy
