Suffolk County Council is seeking an experienced Statutory SEND Coordinator to join their team. The role involves supporting children, young people, and their families in receiving support and interventions aimed at improving their social, emotional, health, and behavioral outcomes.
Requirements
- graduate level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- proven ability to build relationships and create a climate for positive change
- excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- experience working directly with children, families and multi-agency partners
- commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people
- strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
