Job Description
The Driver Assistant supports the school bus driver by maintaining order on the bus and ensuring the safety of all passengers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including a Non-DOT medical card and Non-DOT drug screening.
- Ability to pass the NYS DOE Physical Performance Test (drag 125 lbs. for 30 feet within 30 seconds).
- Willingness to attend employee meetings, safety sessions, and required training or retraining.
