Requirements
- Master's Degree or higher in a STEM discipline
- Knowledge of successful tutoring strategies for diverse college students
- Demonstrated commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (particularly inclusion of groups historically excluded from STEM fields)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity and flexibility in tutoring
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with EAB Navigate, TutorTrac, WCOnline, or other appointment management Platforms
