Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to define, build, and enhance key capabilities across our product portfolio. You will help shape how our platform evolves to support modern workflows, deliver intuitive user experiences, and unlock business value through scalable, intelligent functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven success shipping enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, CX, or adjacent domains
• Strong understanding of user workflows, system design, and data-driven product development
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus
