Job Description
Sugaright is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Nights/Days to provide maintenance support for plants. The role involves repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment, as well as ensuring safety and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. The position opens on multiple shifts and is part of an on-site team.
Requirements
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Inspect and maintain the operating production machinery and equipment in a manner that conforms to Local, State, and Food Safety Standards.
- Follow the company’s guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Familiarity with 480V three phase power is required.
- MIG and TIG welding, sanitary welding experience a plus.
- Safe operation of tools and machinery is required.
- Daily utilities reading.
- Fabrication and manufacturing of equipment.
