Payroll Consultant (m/w/d)

Talentspring, a leading HR consulting boutique in Germany, seeks a motivated Payroll Specialist to join their rapidly growing payroll unit. This full-time role involves supporting clients with payroll matters, advising on complex issues, implementing HR software solutions, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with regulations. Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in independent payroll processing.
• Sound knowledge of German income tax and social security law.
• Experience in using payroll systems, ideally SAP.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and reliably.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and perseverance.
• Good German language skills in words and writing.
• Ideally, you also speak English.
