Payroll Consultant (m/w/d)

Talentspring, a leading consulting boutique in Germany, is seeking a motivated Payroll Specialist to join their rapidly growing payroll unit. In this full-time, remote role, you'll support clients with payroll processing, advise on payroll-related matters, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions and process improvements. You'll work with top entrepreneurs and be a key contact for employees regarding payroll, tax, and social security.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in independent payroll processing.
• Sound knowledge of German income tax and social security law.
• Experience in using payroll systems, ideally SAP.
• Ability to work independently, precisely, and reliably.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and perseverance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to visit customers.
• Good German language skills in word and writing.
• Ideally, also speak English.
