Requirements

• Take pragmatic approaches to writing software
• Test drive and refactor code with confidence
• Enjoy writing full-stack software
• Proficient in multiple programming languages (C#, C, C++, Typescript, Java)
• Practiced XP or willing to practice XP
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
