Sales Support

As a Sales Support, you will support the Sales team by ensuring that the store is fully prepared and stocked throughout the working day.

Requirements

• Excellent communication with the Sales Team
• Ensure continuous shop floor stock replenishment
• Partner with appropriate manager to direct new arrivals placement on the sales floor
• Provide feedback to manager relating to stock concerns
• Maintain a neat, tidy and organized stock area
• Collection of customer’s alterations, webstore and custom made
• Assist the sales advisors during peak hours to maintain the sales process up to standard
