Our client provides multidiscipline engineering services for the energy industry and are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead high value and high complexity projects. The role involves client relationship management, business development, and leading a team of engineers.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Level 8 or higher) in Mechanical, Process, or a similar discipline
- 10+ years post-graduate and relevant design experience
- CEng would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem Solver with a focus on continuous improvement
- Full driving license and own transport required
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
