Commercial Inside Sales

Sullivan Tire is seeking a Commercial Inside Sales representative to manage active customer accounts, maximize sales, and provide high-quality service. The role involves completing sales transactions, inventory management, and providing excellent customer support, while adhering to internal controls and company procedures. This position is an integral part of the sales effort and contributes to company growth.

Requirements

• Develops and maintains knowledge of product/services.
• Evaluates customer needs and makes recommendations.
• Meets/exceeds sales and gross profit goals.
• Properly complete sales and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate routes and prepare paperwork.
• Provide customer satisfaction.
• Complete administrative activities and duties as assigned.
