Job Description
Sumitomo Electric Carbide, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, process purchase orders, and support sales. The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months to one year of work experience and/or training
- Effective management of time and resources
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and compliance with established policies and procedures
- Excellent computer skills including Outlook and Excel
Benefits
