Job Description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the Connector System, setting cost reduction targets, tracking performance, and providing strategic guidance to the team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have a good understanding of design requirements to review vendor capabilities and lead to cost savings opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.)
- 8-10 years’ experience in Purchasing, Sales, Contract Management, (negotiation a plus)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (component drawings, specifications, injection molding, etc.)
- Microsoft Office, Team First Environment
