Clerk (Procurement)

Assist and support MRO Department in clerical duties; confirmation of vendor information, account reconciliations and provide support to MRO Buyers as needed. Assist MRO Procurement Buyers with requested duties and with completing Requisitions and Purchase Orders and follow up.

Requirements

• HSD/GED
• 1-2 years clerical experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• MS Office Skills
• Knowledge in ERPLX or MRP, and Web-based document management platforms such as Share Point / Smart Sheet
