Job Description
This HR Assistant Manager position supports HR functions for SV/FR locations, including recruitment, onboarding, policy administration, and employee relations. The role involves managing marketing, handling temp staffing, and maintaining HR records. It's a full-time position requiring a strong understanding of HR processes and a commitment to providing excellent employee support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 8-10 years of progressive experience
- Supervisory experience (2-4 years)
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry
- Knowledge of ADP system is a plus
