Job Description
As the Summer Advantage Teacher Assistant, you will serve as a mentor to our scholars, building a strong rapport with them and supporting their success throughout the day.
Requirements
- Ability to work the entirety of the program (including attending training prior to program start)
- Experience working with youth
- Associate degree or some college preferred
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to implementing the SA program model with fidelity
- Maintains a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
