Resident Activity Specialist (Sports)

Resident Activity Specialist (Sports) will design and lead daily 90-minute club sessions, provide supervision and mentorship to students, and facilitate a positive residential experience.

Requirements

• Plan and lead daily 90-minute specialty club sessions
• Follow guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook and Staff Manual
• Participate in pre-arrival virtual orientation and in-person orientation
• Oversee students' daily and weekend schedules
• Handle emergencies and provide assistance as directed
• Ensure the safety and well-being of assigned students
• Facilitate a positive residential experience
• Support student growth in their studies
• Engage in academic, recreational, and social activities as needed
• Fulfill various responsibilities including staff meetings, office coverage, and dorm duty
