Job Description
The Medical Director is the clinical backbone of Summer Health, responsible for shaping clinical strategy, driving quality, and representing the company publicly.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with board certification in pediatrics, adolescent medicine, or family medicine
- Active or recent clinical practice experience
- Deep familiarity with pediatric clinical protocols and testing
- Highly responsive, proactive, and organized individual
- Ideal: 3-5 years of corporate or business experience, experience with health plan relationships, and public spokesperson experience
