Job Description
The Unlicensed Dental Assistant Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and hands-on training to students enrolled in the Unlicensed Dental Assistant (UDA) program.
Requirements
- Deliver classroom and clinical instruction for the Unlicensed Dental Assistant curriculum
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervised practice
- Adapt instructional methods to meet the learning styles, academic levels, and needs of adult learners
- Evaluate student performance through practical skills assessments, written exams, and observation
