Lead - Behavioral Health Associate III - SECOND SHIFT

The Lead Behavioral Health Associate III serves as an integral part of the multidisciplinary treatment team, monitoring and reporting client behaviors, providing continuous care, and responding to crisis situations.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least two years' experience as a BHA
• Two or more years' experience working with the specific population of the facility
• Knowledge of common psychiatric disorders and/or dual diagnosis and various treatment modalities of the population served
• Advanced de-escalation skills
• CPR and de-escalation certification
• First aid (may be required based on state or facility requirements)
