Nursing Supervisor - RN- Evenings

The Nursing Supervisor - RN- Evenings is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of client care in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice, and facility policy. The role provides support to nursing staff, supervises client care, and ensures adequate staffing to provide care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Two or more years' experience as an RN required.
• One or more years' experience in behavioral health required.
• Valid current RN license from the state or from a compact state, where applicable.
• Certified in Psychiatric Nursing preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.
