PRN Recreational Therapist

This is a per diem position requiring 3-4 weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday) per month. The Recreational Therapist plans and conducts comprehensive recreational therapy services for patients with treatment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreational Therapy or related field
• One or more years' experience in recreation in a healthcare setting
• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or national certification in area of specialty or clinical professional licensure
• Ability to engage patients in therapeutic activities and monitor their progress
• Skill in developing and maintaining departmental resources
