Job Description
We are looking for an Operations and People Assistant to support our team and ensure everything operates seamlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to join us on a full-time hybrid basis.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of current employment law/legislation
- Ability to effectively read and interpret information, gather data and present it in a resourceful manner
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skill
- Strong organisational skills which give the ability to prioritise and plan work activities
- Adaptability and an understanding of the need to work fluidly as circumstances evolve and change within teams
- An ability to maintain confidentiality around sensitive issues to support the central teams working directly in these areas
