Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are searching for a Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team with a strong focus on building high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs. This role partners closely with business teams to understand business drivers, data needs, answer complex questions, and translate insights into clear, actionable visualizations.

What You Will Do

Independently builds and maintains KPIs, dashboards, reports, and data related products. Performs exploratory and statistical analyses to uncover deeper trends and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• 5+ years of data, analytics, dashboard, report writing, or Business Intelligence programming and development work
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python for advanced analysis
• Experience optimizing queries and workflows in centralized data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
• Experience creating polished dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
