Project Manager-Scheduler

Urgent need for a Project Manager with expertise in construction scheduling to support large-scale building projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience (CPM focus)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Experience with Lean construction / Last Planner System (LPS)
• Strong understanding of commercial construction and project documentation
• Experience with PMIS tools (e.g., Procore, Kahua)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Large-scale or data center project experience (preferred)
