Job Description
The RN - Float Full Time Night Shift position involves serving as a liaison between units, assessing patient needs, and implementing a plan of care. The role requires initiative, motivation, and flexibility, as well as excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Current AZ RN License
- CPR/BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP certification
- T.A.B.L.E. certification (preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years RN experience in an acute care setting
