Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader for full time night shift on our 18 bed telemetry unit at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be committed to helping us grow our unit, and share our team-oriented department's values. Join our team and work where others vacation!
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona
- At least 1 year of experience as a nurse
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and coach staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in hospital information systems
