Job Description
Summit School Services is seeking a crossing guard to assist children crossing busy intersections and streets, instruct them on basic safety procedures, and ensure overall safety of children and pedestrians. The crossing guard will also report any unsafe behavior of students, identify speeding or careless drivers, and greet the general public courteously.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Familiarity with all road hazards, signs, rules, and regulations
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in compliance with Company policies and procedures
