Summit Sourcing Group is seeking a New Construction Operations Manager with a background in the elevator industry to lead a field organization in safety, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Work closely with the new construction team to ensure projects are installed at or below estimated cost and completed safely and efficiently
- Effectively communicate site requirements to General Contractors to avoid disruptions
- Conduct regular job visits to track progress and completion
- Develop workload schedules to utilize union employees
- Provide leadership and guidance to unionized elevator mechanics
- Regularly train employees on safety policy and conduct on-site safety surveys
- Identify change order opportunities and review bid documents with sales staff
- Maintain strong communications with customers and manage field employees per standard agreement
