Job Description
The Trauma Product Sales Manager will oversee the sales strategy for Invictus Surgical's trauma product category, building a team and implementing a sales strategy to achieve annual sales goals. The role involves understanding the trauma business, designing a sales strategy, communicating the plan to team members, and overseeing the implementation of the strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in trauma sales with 3+ years of experience and 2+ years of leading a team
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver's license required for traveling to various clinics, offices, and hospitals
- Successful completion of a background check and credentialing process for hospital access
