Job Description
Lead the electrical design team, coach and develop less experienced staff, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10-15 years electrical engineering design experience required with commercial and residential architectural projects.
- Licensed engineer in the State of Florida, or current NCEES record to obtain a Florida license.
- Strong program management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit BIM a plus.
- Ability to plan, lead, organize and communicate with team members and client representative.
- Proven successful project history (Cost Customer Service, Quality and Schedule).
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of other engineering disciplines a plus.
