Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year of experience in FX & CFDs sales or business development and be responsible for hunting new IBs, partners, and clients, as well as farming and expanding relationships with existing partners and portfolios to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales roles within the FX & CFDs industry
- Good understanding of trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 and core FX & CFDs products
- Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios
- Familiarity with partner programs, spreads, rebates, and trading promotions
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English communication is a MUST
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially languages relevant to assigned regions
