Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager - Business Finance (BPO) to join our global finance team.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A within a BPO or Call Center environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to connect operational KPIs to financial performance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-finance stakeholders.
