Telemarketing (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)

Conduct outbound calls to customers speaking English, Mandarin, or Cantonese to promote products or services, maintain accurate records, and achieve sales/telemarketing targets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
