Join the Operations Performance team at SumUp in São Paulo, Brazil, and play a key role in turning data into actionable business insights. Support Customer Service, Onboarding, and Customer Success with actionable insights and KPI tracking.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills
- ETL/ELT experience
- Excellent analytics and visualisation skills (preferably Tableau or Power BI)
- Proven KPI creation experience
- Good Excel proficiency
- Advanced English
- Ability to communicate confidently with global teams
