Job Description
Join SumUp's Mission Acquisition team as a Product Manager to develop Salesforce-based workflows and partner management tooling, while fostering a scalable product ecosystem. Ideal candidate has experience in CRM, internal tooling, or commercial operations environments with Salesforce at the core, and strong technical fluency when working with Engineering teams on solution design and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering product improvements in CRM, internal tooling, or commercial operations environments, with Salesforce at the core
- Strong technical fluency when working with Engineering teams on solution design and trade-offs, particularly within Salesforce ecosystems
- Deep understanding of business processes across partnership management, sales operations, and lead management
- Ability to translate complex, cross-functional workflows into clear and actionable product definitions, and bring stakeholders along the way
- Comfort balancing short-term execution with longer-term platform thinking in an environment that's still being shaped
