EHS & Process Safety Engineer (m/w/d)

We are seeking an EHS and Process Safety Engineer to contribute to ensuring environmental, health, and process safety at the site. The role involves planning and implementing systems and processes, conducting risk assessments, and developing training programs.

Requirements

• Completed studies in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field
• Training as a safety officer (ASiG)
• Several years of experience in EHS or process safety functions, preferably in the chemical industry
• Excellent knowledge of statutory regulations in environmental, health, and safety
• Strong organizational skills, safe documentation, and administrative competence
• Communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in leading teams, moderation, and training
• Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation, e.g. in noise or plant safety analysis
• Willingness to take on the function as internal emergency response coordinator
